We've been meaning to get this post out for awhile now, as we started our test Pilot with 30 patients and 7 providers in October of last year and finished in March of this year. Not sure where the time goes ...

We received a ton of good feedback during the Pilot phase, much of it through the surveys we sent out to both patients and providers, and as soon as it was completed we took almost all of that feedback and implemented it throughout Ravel. It's somehow now August, but we're really excited about the foundation we've built to provide virtual care to patients with Lyme, mold and complex chronic illness. We started the Pilot in Colorado and now we're live in 9 other states and we hope to be live nationwide by the end of 2025. 

Anyway, we wanted to post the responses we received from the post-Pilot survey. We were really pleased with the overall feedback and we're excited to build off of this moving forward.

Ravel Health has thoughtfully extracted the frustrating issues that we experience as chronic illness patients and done their best to do away with them. They approach each unique case (we are all beautiful complicated snowflakes!) with a fresh eye and in a collaborative manner. At Ravel you are matched with a physician that is a part of a group of physicians that collaborate on the patient's behalf. They have managed to make an approachable clinic online. I don’t feel that a lack of brick and mortar is a hindrance, quite the opposite. It keeps the cost of service affordable.
